Job Opportunity: SEMH Learning Support Assistant – SEN School – Full-Time – Portsmouth – Start ASAP

A specialist SEN school in Portsmouth is seeking a compassionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs . This is a full-time role , starting as soon as possible , ideal for someone with a passion for supporting vulnerable learners in a nurturing and structured environment.

Role Overview

You will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning, manage behaviour, and develop positive relationships. The role requires patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to behaviour and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
