As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.
No lesson planning or marking is required, allowing you to focus on developing your confidence and classroom management skills.
We work with a wide range of mainstream secondary schools, academies and colleges, offering flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities.
This role is ideal for graduates interested in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, behaviour support or pastoral roles.
