The Role
Depending on your experience and the needs of the school, your responsibilities may include:

About You
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working with children or young people in a school, education, care, youth work or support setting. You should also have:

- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good behaviour-management skills
- A flexible and dependable attitude
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils' education and development
- An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs, autism, emotional and behavioural needs or challenging behaviour would be particularly valuable.
