We are seeking a reliable, caring, and safety-conscious Safety Operator / Minibus Driver to support the safe transportation of students at our secondary school in Tendring.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the school's minibus on designated routes and educational visits.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the vehicle remains clean and roadworthy.
- Supervise and support students during boarding, travel, and disembarking.
- Ensure compliance with all road traffic legislation and school transport policies.
- Report any vehicle defects, incidents, or safeguarding concerns promptly.
- Work closely with school staff to provide a safe, positive, and professional transport service.
About You
The successful candidate will
- Hold a full UK driving licence (with the appropriate entitlement to drive a minibus).
