The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across the curriculum and may deliver pre-planned lessons or provide PPA cover when required. You will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic progress, behaviour, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required.
- Provide targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
- Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Assist with planning, assessment, and resource preparation.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders.
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
- HLTA status or relevant Level 4/5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Confidence leading lessons and supporting pupil progress.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
