Are you looking for a role where every hour you give truly matters? Prospero Teaching is currently seeking passionate, enthusiastic tutors to support vulnerable children across Rotherham. Many of the young people we work with need a little extra help, a friendly face, and someone who believes in them. As a tutor, you'll be providing 1:1 support that can transform a child's confidence, help them reconnect with learning, and open doors to a brighter future. Details about the Role:

  • Location: S63, within Education Centre
  • Start Date: ASAP, if you’re cleared for work, or May 2026
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Hours: 10 hours per week, during school hours 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: £20 – £30 per hour
  • Role: English, Maths and Science tuition for a Year 8 student working below the Are Levels. Expected delivery of knowledge: KS2 – KS3. SEN experience desired.

We are looking for tutors who are caring, patient, and ready to make learning feel positive again. Experience in teaching or tutoring is ideal, but above all we value empathy and enthusiasm.
