About the School:
We are working with a specialist SEND school in Rochdale that supports young people aged 11-19 with a wide range of complex special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and complex communication needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist provision, helping learners build the communication, social and life skills they need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with autism, ADHD or complex learning needs
- Confidence adapting communication style to suit individual learners, including non-verbal and complex communicators
- A calm, patient and consistent approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly
- Emotional and physical resilience, with a person-centred mindset when working with complex needs
- Strong team-working skills and a genuine desire to make a positive, lasting impact
- Relevant qualification desirable
