Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

We are working with a lovely SEN School that provides a supportive, inclusive environment for children with special educational needs (SEN), including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). The school serves students aged 4-19, tailoring its curriculum to meet the diverse needs of each child.

About the role:

  • Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils primarily across KS1 and KS2
  • Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones
  • Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
  • A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
  • Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child’s progress
