Prospero Teaching is working with a specialist SEND school in Rochdale to fill an Assistant Headteacher position.

You will join a strategic leadership team to drive school improvement, champion inclusive practice, and ensure an education that is enriching and personalised for students aged 11–19 across five sites.

We are looking for a candidate with QTS and substantial SEND/leadership experience, with a deep understanding of SEND legislation and EHCP processes.
