Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Pastoral Manager to lead the Reflection Room and uphold high standards of behaviour, inclusion and student welfare at a Walthamstow school.
You will oversee daily operations and work with pastoral staff, SEND colleagues and families to support pupils.
The role requires experience with young people, strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to safeguarding.
The contract is Term Time plus 5 days (46.07 weeks) with a salary scale of 40,182 to 42,060 FTE,
