?? About the Role

As our SEN Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to support SEND students by placing the right candidates into the right educational settings. You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of schools and provisions, building strong, lasting relationships, and delivering a service that genuinely changes lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with SEN schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions
  • Attracting and interviewing candidates aligned with each setting's ethos and requirements
  • Advertising vacancies via job boards, social media, and our website
  • Meeting both clients and candidates to provide a personal, tailored recruitment experience
  • Managing vacancies across supply and contract roles

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in educational recruitment (SEN experience preferred)
  • Driven by targets and commission, but with a heart for meaningful work
  • Confident and engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills
