Prospero Teaching is working with an independent school in the Reading area to recruit a committed and knowledgeable Maths Teacher (QTS) for a September start. You will be responsible for delivering Maths across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs. The role focuses on building confidence, strengthening core numeracy skills, and ensuring pupils make meaningful academic progress through a personalised approach.

The Role:- Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Support pupils to develop numeracy skills and confidence
- Assess work and monitor student progress
- Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with support staff and wider teams
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Experience teaching at secondary level
- Comfortable adapting lessons for a range of learning needs
