We are recruiting confident, adaptable and enthusiastic Qualified Teachers to work across schools throughout RCT, including Pontypridd, Aberdare, Mountain Ash, Tonypandy, Porth, Treorchy, Ferndale, Tylorstown, Llantrisant, Talbot Green, Tonyrefail, Church Village and Beddau. We have opportunities available for teachers seeking flexible daily supply work, short-term cover, long-term placements or ongoing school-based roles. Whether you are an experienced teacher, a newly qualified teacher or returning to education, we would be interested in hearing from you. The Qualified Teacher Role Depending on the placement and your experience, your responsibilities may include: Delivering engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum Following existing lesson plans or preparing suitable teaching materials Managing classroom behaviour effectively Assessing and monitoring pupil progress Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff Providing feedback and completing necessary handover notes Following school safeguarding policies and proceduresOpportunities may be available across a variety of subjects and key stages within primary, secondary and specialist schools.
