The Qualified Teacher Role
- Delivering engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum
- Following existing lesson plans or preparing suitable teaching materials
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
- Providing feedback and completing necessary handover notes
- Following school safeguarding policies and procedures

About You
- To be considered for Qualified Teacher roles, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Previous classroom teaching experience
- Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- The confidence to adapt to different schools and year groups
- A professional, flexible and dependable approach
- A genuine commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development
- A good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities within education
- Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs, autism, social, emotional and behavioural needs would be particularly valuable for some placements.
