Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Adapt lesson content and pace to support different learning styles and educational needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to create a supportive and safe learning environment.
- Support students in developing subject knowledge, confidence, and engagement with learning.
- Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents, carers, schools, or professionals as necessary.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring.
- Experience working with learners in a one-to-one or small group setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
Desirable Qualifications
- PGCE or additional teaching qualifications.
- Experience supporting students with additional learning needs (SEN, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, etc.).
Why This Role?
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate tutor to make a meaningful impact. You'll be working within flexible hours between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, supporting students who need extra help to succeed academically and build confidence in their learning.

The successful candidate will be required to pass safeguarding and vetting checks prior to starting. All staff working with children and vulnerable young people have a responsibility for safeguarding their welfare.
