In this role, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils with additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You will play a key part in helping students engage with their education, build confidence, and develop socially and emotionally within the classroom.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assisting students with behavioural and emotional regulation
Helping implement tailored support strategies and learning plans
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Observing pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
