Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Start Your Career in Education

Role Overview

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small‑group basis
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Working with students with additional learning or emotional needs
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Psychology (or related subject)
• A genuine interest in education and child development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
