As part of our commitment to high-quality education, we are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Reception Teacher to join our Early Years team on a long-term agency supply basis starting in January 2024. The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to work with our wonderful EYFS team. As a Reception Teacher on long-term supply, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring each childs social, emotional, and academic development is supported in a safe and engaging environment. You will work closely with staff and parents to ensure continuity and consistency in learning during this period. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that follow the EYFS curriculum. Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive. Assess and track childrens progress, providing feedback to parents and the school leadership team. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each childs individual needs. Collaborate with the school team to ensure the smooth running of the Reception class. Adapt teaching strategies to ensure that all children have the opportunity to succeed. The Successful Candidate Will: Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). Have previous experience teaching in an Early Years setting, ideally within Reception. Have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Be passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
