Tutors must have a sound understanding of delivering tuition to young people with ESOL, Behavioural and SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH. We pride ourselves on delivering creative alternatives to schools and are looking to work with tutors and mentors who are able to think creatively about learning and willing to go the extra mile for their learners. Tuition is 1 to 15 hours per week, per student, Monday-Friday. You can support 1 student or multiple to build up your hours. Hours for tuition can be flexible to suit your schedule. Some young people require tuition to be within the school hours however, older students (post-16) may prefer after school hours. What we look for in a tutor: * Qualified to degree level or substantial experience providing learning support. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Integrity. * Passionate about promoting educational outcome of pupils. Our current hourly rate ranges between £20-£30 an hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
