About the role as a SEN Primary Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils primarily across KS1 and KS2
- Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones
- Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approach
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
- A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
- Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child's progress
Eligibility to work:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
This is a full-time position, ECTs and experienced SEN teachers are welcome to apply.
