JOB TITLE – Primary School Teacher

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is seeking Teacher for a Primary School based in Bristol. The Primary School has supportive teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location: Bristol
  • Position: Primary Teacher
  • Start date: December
  • Full time/part-time: Full‑time Maternity Cover
  • Day rate of pay: £130 – £180
  • Hours: 8:20 am – 3:00 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year
  • Qualified Teaching Status
  • Experience or interest in Special Educational Needs
  • Autism, Speech, and Language Needs
  • Strong command of English
  • Experience within health care would be desirable

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child–related references covering the last 2 years
