Job description

Prospero Teaching would like to recruit an experienced KS2 teacher with excellent subject knowledge for a good primary school in Bolton. This is a full-time class teacher role based in Year 4 and is to start as soon as possible.

This role is open to experienced primary teachers only. You will need effective behaviour management skills and to be confident with the curriculum content, planning and assessment for Year 4. Ideally you will have worked as a primary teacher in Key Stage 2 before. The school would like a teacher who presents lessons in an interesting, inclusive way, and builds strong relationships with the children.

The school has high standards and expectations, and has a friendly atmosphere. The Year 4 class teacher will be working within a hardworking and welcoming team of teachers in Key Stage 2.

The Year 4 class teacher is required as soon as possible until the end of summer term in July 2025. There is potential for the role to extend to cover autumn term from September 2025.
