Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker in Portsmouth to provide pastoral care, emotional support and behavioural guidance to pupils facing barriers to learning. You will work closely with schools across Portsmouth, supporting students' wellbeing and safeguarding duties and helping them achieve their full potential.
This is a rewarding role for someone with a passion for education, youth support, and SEND; previous experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
