Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver play-based, child-led learning sessions tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Gently introduce foundational literacy and numeracy skills in engaging, hands-on ways.
Foster social-emotional development, confidence, and a love of learning.
Support routines and transitions to create a sense of predictability and security.
Collaborate with parents to track progress and adjust learning goals as needed.
Who You Are:
A qualified teacher, tutor, early childhood educator, or experienced homeschooler.
Passionate about alternative education approaches ( Montessori, Reggio, Steiner, unschooling).
Experienced in working with children who are neurodivergent, sensitive, or have had limited exposure to structured learning environments (a bonus but not essential).
Creative, patient, warm, and adaptable.
