Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Phonics Intervention Specialist to join our Early Years team in January 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted phonics interventions to support early literacy development. You will support students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. Working with Early Years to introduce phonics and Year 1 to support with the Phonics Screening Test. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective phonics interventions tailored to the needs of Early Years students. Work one-on-one and in small groups with children to improve their phonics skills. Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate phonics strategies into daily lessons.
