The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech, language and communication difficulties, as well as behavioural needs. The Role Planning and preparing lessons, with responsibility for subject development and oversight. Teaching pupils according to their individual educational needs, including setting and marking work. Assessing, recording and reporting on pupils progress, development and attainment. Promoting the progress, wellbeing and personal development of pupils. Providing guidance on educational, social and career matters, with appropriate record-keeping. Communicating and working collaboratively with parents and carers. Liaising with external professionals and organisations where appropriate.
