Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic Outreach Worker to support SEMH pupils in a lovely school near Bury. You must be able to drive for this role as you will be supporting pupils within the school and local community. You will be supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues that are struggling to access the mainstream curriculum.
Responsibilities:

Taking attendance in the mornings

Liaising with parents regarding absences

Confident in liaising with social services and other parties to best support the individual

Confident in behaviour management techniques and de-escalation strategies

Referring to education and health care plans (EHCP), Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
