About the role: Deliver high-quality, tailored English teaching to post-16 students, including Functional Skills, Entry Level and GCSE pathways where appropriate Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and Preparing for Adulthood goals Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approachWhat We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream or post-16 environment) A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every young person's progressTo be eligible you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related referencesIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
