About the role:

  • Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors, staff, and callers
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, post and general enquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and carry out safeguarding and security procedures
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and preparing documents
  • Work closely with office managers and wider administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role (school/education experience desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A calm, friendly, and proactive approach to handling a busy reception environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems

To be eligible you must:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional, relevant references
