Prospero Teaching are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Oldbury for an experienced and passionate Level 6 Early Years Pre-School Manager to lead their expanding EYFS provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years professional to take a leading role within an outstanding EYFS environment, helping to shape children's early learning experiences and ensuring every child develops the skills needed for school readiness and beyond.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the pre-school provision and manage the day-to-day running of the setting
  • Deliver outstanding teaching and learning across the EYFS curriculum
  • Create engaging, enabling indoor and outdoor learning environments
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS Lead, SENDCO and Senior Leadership Team
  • Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development
  • Ensure the continual meeting of the EYFS Statutory Framework
  • Lead on assessments, interventions and progress tracking
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community
  • Support children with SEND and EHCP targets where required
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice at all times

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification
  • Has previous experience leading within an EYFS or pre-school setting
  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework
  • Is passionate about child-centred learning and school readiness
  • Can inspire, motivate and lead support staff effectively
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Is committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Has experience supporting children with additional needs and interventions

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm. Weekly staff meetings on Wednesdays until 4:45pm.
