Prospero Teaching is looking for an experienced SENCO for an inclusive two-form entry Primary School in Mitcham, Merton. CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS

- Position: SENCO - Primary School
- Type of Work: Leading and coordinating SEND provision across the school, managing EHCPs, liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies, monitoring pupil progress, and supporting inclusive teaching and learning practices
- Start Date: September 2026
- End Date: July 2027
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Full time/part time: Full Time
- Minimum Rate of Pay: From GBP215 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a Primary School setting
