Prospero Teaching are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for graduate speech and language therapists. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a school setting. You will be working alongside learning support assistants and teaching staff to deliver interventions.

The Role

  • Creating and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Maintaining regular communication with teachers, SLT and external agencies to monitor progress and development.
  • Working 1:1 with pupils, building strong rapport.

Experience, Training & Qualifications

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided).
  • A recent Speech and Language Therapy degree.
  • A calm, nurturing nature.

Eligibility to Work

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references.
