About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEMH

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching SEMH or in specialist settings
  • Strong understanding of SEMH, SEND, and positive behaviour strategies
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and pastoral care
  • Passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential

To Be Eligible You Must

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
  • Be able to provide two professional child-related references
