Prospero Teaching are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Data and Examinations Officer to work full‑time in a school in the Norwich area, starting as soon as possible. We are seeking a candidate who can manage and maintain accurate student data while coordinating all aspects of internal and external examinations.

Contract Details

  • Location – Norwich and surrounding areas
  • Position – Data and Examinations Officer
  • Type of work – Administrative / support role
  • Start date – ASAP
  • Full time/part‑time – Full time (Monday to Friday)
  • Minimum rate of pay – Negotiable depending on experience
  • Hours – Standard school hours (to be confirmed)

Experience, Training and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a school administrative role is desirable
  • Experience with school data management systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor) is advantageous
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Up to date safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)

Eligibility

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
