We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data and Examinations Officer to join our friendly and professional Data and Examinations Team at a Further Education College in the Norwich area. This is a key role supporting the accurate administration of student data and the effective delivery of examinations, ensuring compliance with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student and examination records accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the planning, administration and invigilation of internal and external examinations
- Liaise with curriculum teams, awarding bodies and external agencies
- Produce reports and data returns to support performance monitoring and compliance
- Ensure all data handling meets GDPR and internal quality standards
- Provide administrative support during peak exam periods as required
About You
- Experience working with data or examinations in an education setting (FE preferred but not essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with MIS systems, spreadsheets and databases
- Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure during busy periods
- A team player with clear communication skills and a professional, confidential approach
