Prospero Teaching are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data and Examinations Officer to work full-time in a school in the Norwich area, starting as soon as possible. We are seeking a candidate who can manage and maintain accurate student data while coordinating all aspects of internal and external examinations.
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Location - Norwich and surrounding areas
- Position - Data and Examinations Officer
- Type of work - Administrative / support role
- Start date - ASAP
- Full time/part-time - Full time (Monday to Friday)
- Minimum rate of pay - Negotiable depending on experience
- Hours - Standard school hours (to be confirmed)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a school administrative role is desirable
- Experience with school data management systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor) is advantageous
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
