About the Role:
As a SEND Teacher, you'll step into a range of classrooms across different subjects, delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across various departments, support students' progress, and be a vital part of our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
- Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
- Provide feedback to relevant staff on student progress and behaviour
- Be a positive role model and contribute to the school ethos
