About the Role

Prospero Teaching is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Secondary Music Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in the Maghull area. As one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic educator to inspire and nurture students.

Role: Secondary Music Teacher

Location: Maghull, L31

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Temporary, Long Term

Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: Paid to scale

Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging and effective Music lessons to secondary school students.
Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to varying student needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training can be provided).
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced child DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for a new one.
Ability to provide references that cover at least 24 months worked and where possible 2 roles where you have worked with children.
