The Role:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on placement)
- Support children with additional learning needs, including SEND
- Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learners
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
