Passionate about helping young children thrive in their first year of school? Prospero Teaching is currently looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic Year R Mentors to join our team and support Reception-aged children across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP).

As a Year R Mentor, you will work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, helping children develop their confidence, communication, early literacy and numeracy skills, social development, and readiness for learning. You will provide tailored support that meets each child's individual needs while creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

You’ll also be responsible for completing weekly feedback forms to monitor each child's progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for further support. At Prospero Teaching, we are committed to supporting schools and local authorities across the UK. We are looking for mentors who are passionate about making a positive impact during the crucial early years of a child's education.
