Prospero Teaching are working with a new SEMH provision in Bolton who are currently looking for a full time, temp to perm teacher to plan and teach lessons to small groups and individual students. This provision has both primary and secondary aged students, but the curriculum you will be teaching is centred around Functional Skills/Primary. QTS is a bonus, but at minimum you must have experience teaching, and knowledge around a primary curriculum. Some of these classes are secondary age students operating at a primary level, therefore you may need to work with older students. Experience with SEN (mainly around SEMH, ASD, ADHD) is required due to the needs of the students. Team Teach is advantageous, and you must be willing to undertake the course for this position, which we offer for free.
This school caters for pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Some students on roll also have autism, ADHD, ACES/Trauma & display challenging behaviour. You will be working mostly in a 1 to 1 and small group work capacity.

Role Requirements:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
- Up to date Safeguarding and Prevent training (Prospero can provide this training)
