Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join a lively, busy secondary school in Oldham. We need an enthusiastic individual who is:
- Confident in making & taking calls and communicating messages; supporting reception.
- Experienced in using Arbor (essential), Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- Organised and able to work in a busy environment.
- Possibly have finance experience generating POs, recording goods received, inputting invoices, monitoring online payments for trips, chasing debtors.
- General admin – sending communications (Arbor & Parentpay), monitoring email inboxes, booking trips and setting up associated documents, supporting departments with ad-hoc admin jobs such as data entry, preparing student packs etc.
- Some assistance for HR may also be required but this would be sending emails and letters as directed.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience and confidence using Arbor, Parentpay and Microsoft 365.
- Previous experience working in a UK school.
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child related references.
