As our SEN Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to support SEND students by placing the right candidates into the right educational settings. You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of schools and provisions, building strong, lasting relationships, and delivering a service that genuinely changes lives.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with SEN schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions
- Advertising vacancies via job boards, social media, and our website
- Meeting both clients and candidates to provide a personal, tailored recruitment experience
- Managing vacancies across supply and contract roles
