As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing, play‑based environment where every child feels happy, safe, and ready to learn. You'll help deliver engaging activities that promote language, physical, social, and emotional development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering fun and engaging EYFS activities.
- Help children develop confidence, independence, and early learning skills.
- Provide individual and small group support where needed.
- Contribute to observations and assessments of pupil progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Follow safeguarding and school policies to ensure pupil well‑being.
Requirements:
