Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up classroom activities
- Support pupils during independent, group, and whole-class tasks
- Help maintain positive behaviour and promote a calm, purposeful atmosphere
- Offer additional support to pupils who need extra help accessing the curriculum
- Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, or school events as required
- Contribute to the organisation of learning environments and resources
- Support assessment by observing and feeding back on pupil engagement and progress
