We’re looking for a committed Classroom Facilitator to join a supportive specialist school setting where every child is given the opportunity to thrive.

Ideal for Performers:

As Classroom Facilitator, you’ll bring learning to life by delivering pre-set work in a creative and engaging way—helping every student feel supported, included, and inspired. Working closely with SEN teachers and support staff, you’ll play a key part in creating a calm, positive classroom environment where learners can thrive. Whether it’s sparking curiosity, encouraging progress, or simply bringing a smile to someone’s day, your presence will make a real impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident, positive presence and a genuine desire to support young people
  • Resilience, patience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt—no two days are the same!
  • A passion for making a difference, especially for students who need extra support to succeed
  • An interest in SEN, mental health, or inclusive education (experience is a bonus, not a must)

To be eligible you must:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
