Support Students Working Towards GCSE Success. We're looking for a GCSE Tutor to support children and young people in the SO40 area through personalised 1:1 tuition. Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll provide tailored educational support to learners who require alternative provision. Many of the students we work with are preparing for GCSE qualifications and benefit from a tutor who can build confidence, close learning gaps, and help them achieve positive outcomes.
We're keen to hear from tutors with experience in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or other GCSE subjects.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience delivering tuition or teaching within an educational setting
- Experience teaching or tutoring at GCSE level
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons
- Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, adaptable, and learner-focused approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally within the SO40 area
