Prospero Teaching is looking for a Year 2 Primary Teacher for an Ofsted “Good” Primary school in West London. The school is a popular two‑form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team, and is going from strength to strength while providing training to all staff.
Contract / Position Details
- Location: West London
- Position: Year 2 Primary Teacher
- Type of work: Class Teacher – planning, preparation, marking, parent evenings, etc.
- Start date: 01/09/26
- Duration: End of academic year (July 2027)
- Contract type: Temporary
- Full time/part time: Part‑time
- Minimum rate of pay: £206.75 – £268.20 per day
- Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday and Tuesday (term time only)
Experience, Training and Qualifications
- QTS or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year Key Stage 1 teaching experience in the UK
- Up to date safeguarding training issued within the last year
Eligibility Requirements through Prospero Teaching
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child‑related references covering at least the last two years
