Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety and security of the school premises
  • Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs as needed
  • Open and close the school, managing building access and security systems
  • Monitor and report health and safety concerns promptly
  • Support contractors and manage deliveries and site visitors
  • Ensure playgrounds, grounds and outdoor areas are safe and tidy
  • Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues or emergencies
