Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher to cover one term at a SEND school in SE5, South East London, starting September 2026. This interim leadership role requires strategic oversight, safeguarding commitment and the ability to drive outstanding outcomes for pupils with additional needs, in collaboration with the Headteacher and SLT.
The successful candidate will coach staff, oversee teaching quality, behaviour and attendance, and help maintain an inclusive, nurturing environment.
